UV mapping in Maya. What to do in this situations?

So I've accidentally created a seam when planar mapping a wall (just mistakenly selected a wrong face) and now one of my faces is not where it's supposed to be and I have a useless seam.
Right now I'm just gonna delete the UVs from the two walls and redo it, but what would you typically do to resolve this problem?
Thanks a bunch in advance.

Maksym.

Also, does the above map look fine to you?
That place in the middle closer to the bottom is one huge face actually, though might seem like empty space given the black and white image.
I'm just trying to learn UV mapping and I'm curious about what you guys think.
