couple notes On the horse - the transition from walk to trot feels a bit odd - I would look at more reference for this On the trot I would get more up/down in the body and get a moment of suspension in there
I'm not a huge fan of the "tears in rain" shot at the end as it seems to match very closely to the acting Rutger Hauer did in Blade Runner - I would try and come up with something more unique and original.
Kyle got most of it, the only thing I see even more weird in the lip sync is the facial emotions. There's no facial movement going on except his mouth, eyes and very subtle eyebrow movements.. He isn't showing any emotion and it just looks awkward to watch, and he has an awkward body motion as well.
Also, watch the horse's tail when it goes from trotting to running.. It just goes stiff and goes straight up... Maybe add a little bit more motion and drag to it.
