Can I force random seed to not affect specific nodes?

Hello,

I created a road texture, but when I instance it in unreal and use the randomize seed option, it will also change the noise I chose to use in the concrete, but then that creates a problem at the seems of two road pieces connecting. Can I force "random seed" to not be affected by the global random seed option?
