Transparent cloudy plastic using Vray

Hi,
I found an image which has been rendered using KeyShot 7 and I'm curious to know how we can do the same in Vray. As you know, many medical instruments are made using transparent and cloudy plastics like syringes. Can you please help me out to achieve such cloudy transparent plastic using Vray? I need to achieve a photorealistic image.
I think we have to use translucency or maybe sss.... I don't know. I tried it many times but I failed. Can you please tell me what Vray material setting would create such a photorealistic transparent plastic? Please take a snapshot of that setting. I'm using Vray 3.5 .
