Digital Painting Practice - Wood

I've started practicing my digital painting again, starting with some wood planks. I'm pretty happy with the planks, but I feel like I\m missing a final phase on the sheet of wood. Anyone have any tips or pointers?

Just commenting because of the unnecessary bump. You should ask a question people can actually do something with. What do you hope to get feedback on? This is a vague as a question "Do you like music?".

PS: I would advise you to not use a portfolio link "I'n the middle of remaking my portfolio.". Not only is there a typo in the first word. It makes you look unprofessional. Just leave it blank if you don't have a presentable portfolio yet.
