Production Manager
Previous experience in managing CGI projects and teams is preferred for this key role, although not essential for the right candidate. With production spread over two studios in Bath, we are looking for a dynamic and highly efficient individual to manage the work flow and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Experience managing schedules and budgets is required and the ability to effectively implement and action ideas and logistics. You will need to be a good communicator and comfortable juggling busy schedules and problem solving the usual production challenges that crop up.
You will be working to the General Manager and Creative Director and helping them to maintain the supportive and welcoming environment of the company. The Production Manager will also manage client relations alongside the GM and CD and feel comfortable liaising with the client on all project matters. We are looking for someone who is keen to become part of the fabric of the company and looking to develop further from within.
Production coordinator
Previous experience in a CGI company is preferred but not essential. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, dedicated and keen to learn and progress.
The Production coordinator will report to the Production Manager and assist them to ensure the studios are running smoothly whilst helping with the day to day business of production.
The right person will be helpful, organised, able to use their initiative and generally make themselves indispensable in this supportive and friendly company.
Contract: Full Time
Hours: 9 - 5
Salary: DOE
