Looking for a 3D Character Modeler[Unpaid, Possible Pay in Future]

I normally place a lot more information upon what we need and everything like about the game and so forth but if you choose to help with this project I will go over everything with you. But firstly here are some images already of the project and models that we have done for right now (Please keep in mind we started about a week and a half ago)

We have a texture artist and we have more then what was posted above. Thats just a taste.
Our team consist of 9 full-time members. 2 Programmers, 1 Texture Artist, and 5 Modelers, 1 Animator. We need more positions but the one we are really looking for right now is a Character Modeler.
This title says possible pay in the future because if we sell this game is it goes good we will be more then willing to give compensation to the people who worked on the game with us.

Logo/Design Artist
