Westworld Revolver/Shotgun

I was commissioned to create the revolver you can see the man in black using in the very good show Westworld. 
It's a LeMat modified to shoot cartridges instead of the original black powder. The most notable feature is the shotgun barrel which the cylinder rotates around. The hammer has a secondary mechanism you can flip down to trigger the shotgun shot. A very unique firearm that was fun to make.
I wanted to solicit feedback for it. I'll take anything you have but the thing I am most interested in is feedback on presentation.
