Zbrush- Slicecurvetool error

 I'm using slice curve tool rather than deleting those polygons it's adding it to different playgroups. I'm using 4r8.

    That's what slice curve does. :) It slices new edgeloops and creates a new polygroup. Trim curve will chop the mesh (it's slice/hide polygroup/delete hidden/close hole in one tool.)

    You should read the ZB docs for simple things like this.

    yeah sorry for that last night both tools were working as the same tool that's why I was confused between both the tools.Now Its working fine. Now please tell me how do you fix this problem. I tried close hole option nothing is working.
    That slope how can I remove it.

    musushidan is right, select any of the slice brushes, slice, then hide the group you wish to delete, then: geometry/Modify Topology/Delete Hidden. If you need to hit the Close Holes button.

    You may be using the Clip brushes that push polys (pixols) in a certain direction instead of making a cut.
