That's what slice curve does. It slices new edgeloops and creates a new polygroup. Trim curve will chop the mesh (it's slice/hide polygroup/delete hidden/close hole in one tool.)

yeah sorry for that last night both tools were working as the same tool that's why I was confused between both the tools.Now Its working fine. Now please tell me how do you fix this problem. I tried close hole option nothing is working. That slope how can I remove it.
musushidan is right, select any of the slice brushes, slice, then hide the group you wish to delete, then: geometry/Modify Topology/Delete Hidden. If you need to hit the Close Holes button.
You may be using the Clip brushes that push polys (pixols) in a certain direction instead of making a cut.
