2D Jig and Flip- Feedback

Hello! I'm new here, and I need some Feed back on this Animation I just made. I'm not too sure if this goes here because I just see a lot of 3D animations around here, But it does just say Animation so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong.
it is a bit messy, but that was because I was just figuring out the software.

For the animation I think in some parts looks strange that the face (eyes and mouth) move first and then the body , its a 1 frame difference but it looks weird. I think that it can look better if you move them and just hold for a little longer the parts you have disconnected.
You can get away with it with more holds
I see what you mean by the face, It makes this leads to a motion, which then emphasized weight I suppose. But it isn't supposed to have weight so it ended being a bit janky.
But when you mean more holds do you mean just more breathing room?
