Using textured view in the viewport, The alphas for my hair cards look like this
But when I try rendering, the hair cards come out like this.
I can't figure out why the colors are reversing like this. I've been messing around with the alpha sliders for awhile, and toggled Alpha channel mask option in the rendering settings. Any ideas would be appreciated.
EDIT: Also just realized how bad those brown eyebrows look with the black hair, so even if I dont solve this at least ive found a silver lining. Thanks polycount!

If you're going to be using the same alpha elsewhere that expects the opposite of this, you can invert in maya without touching the file itself. The file node has an Invert checkbox under the Effects area.
