Here is something I'm working on, the prisoner of abyss in zbrush , the concept was done by Tooth Wu this is very Wip, still a lot to do but I think is a very good base now, since I first I saw the concept I fell in love with it so just wanted to start sculpting, let's see where this is going

Refined more the sculpt.
Small crit feel like this arm should make more impact on the body with its deltoid. Here is a lil paint over of how that might work. Obvs make it match the rhythm in that area.

Maybe for the big arm some more compression marks around the cage. Like its uncomfortable and bulging outwards like the arm grew and is stuck there. I think that would add to grotesque element.
Perhaps some of the muscle transition of the arms are a little harsh. Perhaps smoothing them out in some areas might help them look a bit more naturalist.
