Hi guys.
Can procedural texturing inside Keyshoy or Vray for C4D produce the same quality as what Substance Painter and Quixel Suite do?

The simple answer is yes. But it's a complex subject and involves a good understanding of multi-layered blended shaders and the procedural maps themselves.
