Substance Pack and Substance Source?

i got some question about the subtsance packs in the store:

1. What does the 12 12 months of maintenance mean in detail? its not written there

2. Does i have any acceess to substance source when i take the "Substance Pack" including Painter, Designer and B2M?

12 months of maintenance means you will receive updates and new features for 12 months after your purchase.
The Substance Pack doens't include access to Substance Source, it is only accessible through the Substance monthly offer.
