Question about baking subsurface scattering in Marmoset Toolbag?

Hey, I'm a huge newbie to 3D modeling etc, but I'm learning a bunch and I just had a question I needed some help with. 

I modeled and textured a model in Blender and then exported it to Marmoset Toolbag. In Toolbag, I turned on subsurface scattering, set my scale, etc. I want to upload this model to Sketchfab which doesn't currently support subsurface scattering. How can I bake the subsurface scattering into the albedo texture file? I tried baking out stuff using bake groups etc, but the resulting file didn't have the proper looking albedo textures etc. I realize that I'm probably going around this totally ass backwards but any help that could point me in the right direction would be a massive help!
