I started studying Zbrush a couple months ago, you can see that Iam still a newbie hahahaha. Iam trying to sculpt a human skull to learn more and get better!! But, Iam trying to do some sort of subtract which is not working, and I don't know how to solve it!! To sculpt the cheekbones of my skull I need to make a hole in the back of it, I tried doing so with the "InsertCylinder Tool", but when I try to cut the cylinder off, it doesn't work. I reckon that I need to hold CTRL+ Left Click two times, to subtract the cylinder from the skull, but it's not working. I Would like some help!!! hahahahah

After I dragged ctrl+ left click two times

Though as TeriyakiStyle mentioned, 4R8 has some sweet Live Boolean tools that will let you make all sorts of adjustments while previewing the result.
