last year I was offered a job by a friend in indie startup working on a scifi style game. After a week of working I was told that they cannot work with me because of my age and their country laws (I am 16y/o). So my inspiration and excitement were washed away. I became really pissed and decided to start my own thing.
During the making of this I made a lot of mistakes which crippled my progress greatly. Starting by making wall assets and math rather than a blockout, not deciding on the focus of the scene, etc. Now I'm in the process of fixing all those problems and filling the scene as much as possible.
I'm really open for any critique and suggestions especially for lighting and the current WIP props. I'm a bit lost at the moment.
Some info Most of the stuff modelled in Blender with some 3ds max help for UVs, all textures are done in Photoshop, no quixel or substance (expect for NDO for normals sometimes).
In my best generic, movie trope voice "Kid, ya got talent. You're gonna go far. Not today, probably not tomorrow, but keep it up and before you realize you'll be there."
