Hello,
Does anyone know if i for exame have baked out displacement map from mari and i load them in zbrush is there a method to bake that in to mesh (when mesh has sufficient ammount polygons). Atm i was able to bake em in but now when i try to sculpt additiobal detail in to mesh i can but it sculpts below the dispmacement and not affectig surface if the mesh. It is like a layer is on top of the mesh.
Sry for dumb question yust trying to learn Mari for texturing and zbrush so i can use both same time to be able to get better results over all.

But now have to figure out what causes zbrush act like this that when i apply the dsiplacement map it will apply it to the mesh but verry blurred way.
Did try to divide mesh to level 4 and had same issue. WIll try eavning after my day job again. I will test it with subdiv 5 maybe it helps.
But thank you
-Make a copy of your mesh.
-Set sub-d to a level that holds enough geo.
-Freeze sub-d levels on this mesh. Now it should have no levels anymore.
-Apply the disp-map. Should work now.
-Project your previously copied mesh to the mesh with the applied disp-map.
After that process you should have a mesh with sub-d levels and the disp-map detail.
Here is a video that explains step by step what i did.
Did i do something wrong? I did try to follow guides that you .Wiki provided me.
