Hello guys,
I'm working on completing one of my first models ever and ran into a snag. My normal map looks horrendous and I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong. This here is the picture of the high poly model.

Here are the Low Poly and UV's

I then proceeded to bake the High Poly suit with Xnormal, and got the following results.

I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong. I've followed some tutorials to A-Z doing their exact steps (albeit with different models) and I'm not getting anywhere near the results I've been expecting. My Normal's turned out look weird too. I don't know where the blockiness is coming from.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Might also be that the UV's are actually split and you would have to merge them together again.
Another things, looks a bit like you would need to flip the Y channel for the normal map as well, it is a bit hard to see but it looks like it is flipped to me
