Atlas objects together into one material in unreal?

Does anyone know of a plugin that can do this?
For my game I am making a lot unique fasteners and I would to group them onto atlas sheets. So far I have been holding off on baking them until I have what I think is enough for one sheet. This is a messy workflow since I'm setting the cut off point for what constitutes on atlas arbitrarily. It would be a lot better to just bake all of these individually as I make them, then atlas them later.
