Irregular Stone Wall

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone has any tips for creating an irregularly stacked stone wall. I've made countless "stacked" stone/brick walls, but I need something that feels more like it has stones stacked into appropriately sized spaces. Something like in the image below. I'd like to avoid doing a sculpt and do it all procedurally, of course.
