This was a casual sculpt that turned into a full blown project. For that reason I didn't think to post WIPs of the sculpt. So this is pretty much the final sculpt.

Finished the low res last night. I plan on rigging and animating it not sure how I'll animate the flames yet

Brought it into substance painter to create the other maps and refine the color map a bit further

Testing a fire animation idea I had
Added the chest markings I'll be focusing on the fire animations next. I plan on doing 8 frame loops for each. Not sure how I'm going to handle the head/shoulders flame.
Finished all the flame frames of animation. Time for rigging! I replaced the geometry flames with cards to display the animations
