Welcome!, you have a pretty solid start! I recommend uploading your videos to syncsketch, that way it's easier to scrub through and critique in more detail.

For the walk there is some spacing issues in the arms and the spine is a bit stiff. Once you upload to syncsketch I'll be happy to go into more detail.

I have a question though : it seems like anyone can delete annotations on syncsketch reviews, is there a way to prevent that, so that people can only add comments but not edit or delete others' ?

I'm not sure if there's a way to do that, but I wouldn't worry about it too much. Everyone here is pretty respectful about that kind of stuff.
