Need help using a digital platform to create a watercolor themed drawing

This is a fanart for a video game called League of Legends. It's suppose to be a poster image of Light vs Dark. I'm heavily influenced by Amano Yoshitaka works. Some of the colors seems faded out. But I'm not sure how to fill in those color without changing it into another drawing style other than watercolor.
