I lived in Thailand for some time and decided to draw upon my experiences for my next environment.

WIP Mud texture in substance designer. I've modeled cut rice stalks like what you see in the bottom right image of the reference board. Plan is to make a tiling texture of rice stalks and bring that into SD. The Cubebrush Worlds challenge launched today, and I have assembled a team for it. Managing both projects may prove difficult.
