Hi polycounters,

It's been years since i first post here and to be honest i'm a bit afraid of the polycount community because it's so big ^^. Anyway i'm here because i heard it's the place to be if you want to share wips and well get better so.

This is my new personnal work, a mix between two of the most iconic character of two wonderfull license (in my opinion) Star wars and Marvel.

I'm gonna let you guess to see just if i get the feeling of them right.
 
The final goal is to learn mari and arnold with this dude so i will post a lot of update and render test.

Hi guys and girls. SOrry for the lack of updates got busy at work. so i started to add some detaisl to the hands and the face, will refine a bit some shape and then start the real detailing. Crits and Feedback are more than welcome i really want to push this one .

Is it Hulk meets Darth Maul? If I didn't know it was Marvel, my first guess was going to be Gorro from Mortal Kombat minus the second set of arms. Heh.

Yes it's Hulk meets Darth Maul. I have to ork more on the face so it really looks like a hulk

Hello polycounters i wanted to share with you the latest update on my sculpt. I'm actually doing a full retopo and preparing the UV so i can start to render the dude inside Arnold.

thx a lot for the feedback ^^ For the leg i have to admit that i haven't thought about it but you made a big point and i will definitly reduce them. But most importantly thanks for the advice for the neck area and the face.

The arms seem a TAD short.  I would elongate them a bit.

I'm happy to share with you the final but not so final renders of the Maulk ahah ^^ I'm already working on an improved version of this dude making arms longer and legs shortter and adding more history to the textures but hope you will like it .
