Zbrush- hair model wont move

Hey folks! This is my first post and I'm happy to be here. So- i've made a subtool for the hair on this character in zbrush, but when i try to move it around, it looks like the fibers on the very bottom rim of the hair are stuck and wont move. I've gone over the whole subtool with an unmask brush, tried showpts in the tool->visibility tab... no luck. Any idea why its doing this?

I have no experience with fibermesh so I might be completely off, but when this happens with normal subtools for me it's because I have backface masking on on transpose brush.

Yes! Fixed it. Didn't have anything to do with fibers at all. thanks!
