icons missing on crease plus window in maya

I just installed Crease Plus 1.0 in maya 2017. It works, except that the icons on the window doesnt show. help!

From the documentation:

Installation:

Put The 'C+_Icons' folder from the .Rar Archive in Your Maya Script Directory, under

C:/Users/UserName/Documents/maya/Maya_version/scripts/

I'm also am having trouble getting the icons to pop up too. I placed the contents in the scripts but they still are not showing up.
