Useful Blender Plug-ins for Animators?

Hey guys! Right now, I'm working with Blender for the first time and I was wondering if there were any good plugins anyone would recommend. I've been using Maya for as long as I been animating, so anything that works like TweenMachine, BoSmear, etc. would work wonders (or anything that would make the UI look like Maya, lol). Any and all recommendations are much appreciated.
