WIP - Old street scene in Unreal Engine

Here is some of WIP project in Unreal Engine 4.
I'm working alone on entire of this project.

Far distance Level of Deteil
Hair - 7k tris - Custom Hair shader, enhanced from Epic's photorealistic material setting.
Trench coat - 10k tris - Custom cloth shader for fuzzy shading. Scanned Substance Source.
Bust - 15k tris - Skin shader. Custom Skin Subsurface Scattering.
Jean - 7k tris - Scanned object. Non fuzzy for Jean

Tessellation multplier has applied by camera distance between vertexWS.



Neon material for store sign is a simple emissive material.
Some of sign font is from the Marketplace.
Tried to appli Depth of Field effect, Gaussian blur



It's a Circle DOF.



Fasad with a decorated window.
Windows has 2k tris on LOD0, and decimated 50% on each level.
Capital is baked from 2M tris object with multiple peaces.
Baked in Substance Painter 2.


Window glass has a bit of water drops ( A scene is after raining condition )





More facade for urban atmosphere.
Currently I'm working in the store's interior and merchandises.
Store is an actual rendering, not like living floors.
So I'm having a difficult time to put my best efficiency.
