I've been doing video marketing for indie studios and got the chance to talk to Firefly Studios about their upcoming game MetaMorph, speciifcally, I did a couple of features on their Lead, 2D and 3D Artists (so far only the Lead Artist feature has been released, but the others should follow soon!)
I also interviewed a number of people at the company about how to break into the games industry, the artists give some good advice
