It looks really nice as of now, but I think you could add more materials to the scene. Like paintings and curtains and such. But It depends on what the purpose of the scene is.

Today's render test results, yes, I turned off the FFTBloom, this feature is too consume in performance, a full drop of 15 + fps, so I had to trade ...
But 4.16.1 volume fog effect is still very good. Haha
Awesome stuff here ! You could just give more love to your wood roughness, feel a little bit plastic at the moment, especially on your round pilars. The worn effect on your wood panel feels a little bit off. Especially in your stairs area. Feels like a cloud running on the surface more than a splinter worning according to humidity or time.

Would you happen to have time to show how you're creating the cob webs? They look fantastic.
In fact, quite simple. I used 3ds max cobwebs plugin to make spider webs I rendered a black and white texture directly in 3ds max. Then used for masking.
