Any ideas for easily changing the saturation for the lights randomly? (Photoshop)

Bit of a noob when it comes to photoshop. My title may be a little vague. I'm trying to add some randominity to the saturation in the lights. Going through each pixel would be pretty tedious. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try it with some noise textures and use your window pixels as a clipping mask.
