Hello Guys I've started working with 3D Programms 3 months ago and i'm currently working on Spinner from Boku No Hero Academia. I happy for C&C and hope you like it.
Not a bad start Especially for 3 months experience, glad to see you're moving on to the next mask, it's usually the best option to block out as much as possible so you can get the easiest stuff out of the way first, and make changes much easier.

Get a nice AO/Cavity map baked out to bring out the scales a bit more! Also for an anime character i think the base could be a little more Planar, in his lower jaw for example there is some pretty nice angles.
In the reference the top of the head seems to come to a point, I know the anime but not the manga, so I don't know much about this character.
Keep up the good work! Look into Ambient occlusion maps for presenting a highpoly, if you want to bake it down then research normal maps among a few others!
