Hey,
I'm currently sculpting a character where probably only the hands and face are visible.
Now my question, what will I do if i want the hand and face to have higher resolution,
but the rest of the body lower resolution.
For instance I cut the hands off by doing polygroups, and then add details.
Later, I want to merge that down onto my lowres body.
How do I do that without losing detail and still having one continous mesh?

If only the hands and head will be visible then why are you keeping body geo on the final character?
