Custom UI Zbrush

Hey all i am trying to build a custom UI to improve my workflow in Zbrush and for some reason i can't create a custom menu, I get to name one but then it disappears like it has a name but the menu does not show up at all to be customized. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated
