Weird ZBrush Zsphere situation

Was learning how to use a Zphere, I create a set of Zphere like this:

However, after I hit "A" key or turn on the preview of adaptive skin it come to this:

Not only there's no shading, and the shape is seemed very weird, anyone have idea?

It looks like your material is flat colour. Go to the material tab and choose another material.

I do have tried other materials, it doesn't change

Try choosing a different material, go to the color menu and push the fill object button,... or in your subtool menu turn off the paintbrush icon see if that fixes it. If that doesnt work just start up a new model in a fresh document.

Yes, I do thought that was a temoral issue now, I just built a new Zsphere set to solve the problem

It's hard to say if this is the case based on the cropped screenshots, but I know you can replicate an identical result if you don't have materials turned on for the tool (ie: RGB only). Drop out of edit mode and check to make sure you're set to MRGB before going back to edit.
