Simplygon is creating new UV layouts for LOD chain

I previously used simplygon to generate LODs for motrocycles I am using in my game. The process worked perfectly before, the LOD chain had the same UV layout as the original model. Today I tried to create an LOD chain for a new model I made and it didnt work the same. Simplygon created new UV layouts for the LOD chain so my diffuse, spec and normal wont work on the LODs. I have "use existing UVs" checked so I dont understand why it would create new ones. I am new to simplygon so I could use some help. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
