You should increase resolution of the dynamesh, I don't see other option for your case

Use "Groups" in Dynamesh options. That will not merge different polygroups together.

The volume of the fingers looks good. Spread out the fingers and if you want to keep re-meshing then keep the fingers spread/or increase the resolution of the mesh.
