[PAID] 3D Blender Animator - SSBM Inspired Fighting Game

Two-Piece Games is looking for a 3D animator with a passion for fighting games. This job will require improving existing animations, duplicating animations from one rig to another, and creating animations from scratch (with references) all within Blender.

Why Blender? Well to make a long story short, As an indie I started alone making the character animations in blender, without a team member as an animator and the growth of the product, to convert all animations to 3dsmax/maya would be far too time consuming.

Candidates must have good understanding of the principles of animation, Body Mechanics, Smooth Animation and Fighting Game Mechanics. Meaning quick wind ups, very fast follow through, followed by recovery poses. Snappy/Satisfying animations in general.

-Produce high-quality character animations for Fighting Games and Cinematic Shorts.
-Efficiently translation animation descriptions to polished animations.
-Engaging at every stage of the pipeline.

Requirements:
-Proficient animating in Blender
-Advanced Body Mechanics and Fluid Animations.
-Flexibility; 
-Solid organizational skills with adherence to file structures, naming conventions.

-Comfortable with using new technologies like GitLab to transfer files and maintain version control.
