Sculpting the hair now, not my strongest area, a lot more tuning is required.

The face is too flat, try to respect the curvature of the different areas, mouth and all.
Also, the chin is too much caved in, the pose in the concept make it look like it's inward but the mouth is out more than the forehead.

You really need to work more on the anatomy again, before going further with the cloth, because body proportion affect them and yours look a bit off.

Thanks for the feedback guys really appreciate it, i agree the face does need more work, i'll update this page ASAP hopefully with some improvements
Decided to paint in the eyes for now just so i can have a much clearer picture as a whole.
Be careful with the eyes. He's currently looking surprised as you can see almost the entire iris...
I made a design change where i completely got rid of the shoulder armour. i thought design wise it didn't make sense at all to have that sort of 'heavy' looking equipment for a archer.
This way i feel like the character is more balanced.
