Problem in quixel about model's topology

Hey guys, I'm going to this forum on this, because people told me, that it's topology fault rather than bug or something. But I still have no idea how to repair this.
I'm kinda new to quixel and 3ds Max, so it would be great if somebody will tell me exactly what to do. It's one of my first models, so it's kinda hard to understand everything which people are telling, especially about tools which I never seen. Sorry about that.

Okay, basically I'm working on my model, I'm kinda new to 3ds max, so please, don't say that there is too much polys, because I know that perfectly. It's one of my first models.

But the problem is - I've done everything in 3ds Max (student version), then generated a uvw template and then created a colormap for Quixel. Everything was fine with the model in Max, but then, when I put it into Quixel - this happened.

There is a line (it's visible only from this angle), but I can't see it in 3ds, so I'm not sure what I should do. The same happens with other shapes on my model.

Thanks in advance, I hope somebody will manage to tell me what should I do.
