Designer - sloped cells for cracks?

I want to achieve the angled slope of cracks cells like refs below
So I got graph with tiles and cracks.
Sloping the actual tiles is easy (just used gradient for tile generator)
So any ideas how to slope the actual cells?
If worst come to worst I could just paint manual gradients in photoshop per cell, but hoping to avoid such tedious task.
