Responsibilities
Creating, designing and implementing real-time particle effects in Unity.
Placing effects throughout levels and cinematics
Creating ambient, environmental and weather effects
Creating simulations for gameplay elements
Prototyping FX for gameplay and engine performance
Supporting Art Director with the overall VFX vision for the game
Requirements
Ability to maximize work for specific platform and performance constraints
Experience creating real time shaders
Experience with the Unity game engine
Optional, but a major plus
Knowledge of WebGL and GLSL
Experience working on a game or VR experience through life cycle.
