I have some problem with new Painter 2.5-2.6
And it will be pretty great if someone explain why its happen and how to fix this.
I created a batch of materials (Spec\Gloss) in Designer for work a year ago, and everything worked cool before 2.5 ver.
After 2.5 some of my materials become brighter in diffuse, looks like this applying only for materials with dark diffuse, like metals, not for each material but for most of them.
Some example below:
(Left 2.4 what is normal, Right 2.5-2.6 what have bright diffuse)
Leather looks good in 2.4 and 2.5 and i dont know why, all materials what i did for Painter based on one Designer material.
The consequences are extremely unpleasant, because all assets what i did before professional and personal in 2.5 become defective.

I reproduced the issue, we are looking into it.
It appears you changed the format of your output node in the sbsar to "DXT" instead of "Default". Unless that was intentional, I recommend staying with "Default" in any case.
