The best thing about NoClip is its not very guided, Its mostly letting the devs tell thier story which is great IMO.

noclip is a great series, I like the 'games are made by a group of people and the product of their past experiences' perspective that is often overlooked my the media at large.

I agree that even though it consists of the stereotypical documentary style interviews, they are really really well executed.  One of my favorite game industry documentaries of all time, the DOOM series specifically.  Was really cool to hear about past failures, and what lead them to their final release.  A lot of the game industry is talking about success, but success is built upon our failures, and everyone can learn from them.
