Hi guys! Longtime lurker here, I decided to finally post something
I made this UE4 scene as part of my bachelor thesis in Game Design, which means I'm now looking for work It's a semi-recreation of the Golden Gallery in Charlottenburg Palace using modular assets. The goal was to match the visual quality of the original while keeping a reasonable resource budget. Rococo/late baroque architecture is very curved and detailed so it was a big challenge to keep the texture resolution and poly count as low as possible. The textures were done in Substance Designer and the modeling in Blender/Zbrush. I had about 10 weeks to finish the whole thing.
I have another scene similar to this of the Hall of Mirrors in Versailles on my website www.felixoesinghaus.com Any comments or critique would be greatly appreciated !
