Maya IK Finger Rigging Basics

I am a 3D designer and programmer ive recently gotten into the "Animation" filed and Rigging field and needed a little help since i have run into a huge bump in the road. So i am working on my own Indie game and i've finished all but a few steps on the main character. I've gotten everything to work in my favor but the fingers i am now working on getting them to curve and all but my original plan was to also allow for motion capturing since i will be using this model for that. Is there anyone who might be able to give me a quick run through of some techniques or a step by step TUT, that will help me rig his hands? Also if anyone could help with the face that would be nice as well im not actually asking people to do the work for me but if anyone could give me some TUT's they found useful and BTW im only doing an IK rig.
