New Shelves on Zbrush

hi guys, i alredy search on the internet but i could't find  how can i create new shelves for my UI, especialy fot the bottom part. 
The area that i marked bellow is where i what to expand my icons, i alredy try to pin some but the space just allow me to put in a really tight place bellow the marked in red,

That area is the Zscript Window - you can't place objects there since it is a text field. Just use the 'H' key to hide it (or ZScript > Hide ZScript), and place your buttons under or above the existing ones instead.
