Stylized Sword Struggle

Hello every one, this is my first post and Im amazed by every artwork I see here so I tried my first attempt on modeling a sword.

I'm trying to go for the stylized style for this sword. What i want to do is make a low poly, high poly on zbrush and paint it on 3dcoat, but Im struggling with the modeling of the sword. Im not sure if the mesh has nice topology for game ready mesh as i find there are way to many triangles.

This is the initial concept, Im making the sword in the middle.


And here is what I got. Any suggestions on the mesh or topology would be more than appreciated, I'd love to see what you guys think.


This is what I find the messiest part so far, I really dont know If my approach  is the correct one
